The description of each package will be available on the Site.
  • Pricing and Payments: The prices of the advertising packages will be detailed on the Site. Vector Inmobiliario reserves the right to modify prices at any time. Payments must be made through authorized payment methods and under the terms and conditions established on the Site.
  • Cancellations and Refunds: Cancellation and refund policies will be subject to the specific terms of each package and will be clearly communicated during the purchase process.

 

4. Responsibilities of the User and the Client

 
  • Advertising Content: The Client is responsible for providing advertising content, which must be truthful, lawful, and not infringe on third-party rights. Vector Inmobiliario reserves the right to reject or request modifications to content that does not meet these requirements.
  • Requirements for Property Images and Videos:
    • Image Quality: Las imágenes de las propiedades deben tener una resolución mínima de 1280×720 píxeles y un peso de 500 kb a 1mb máximo;  deben ser nítidas, bien iluminadas, y mostrar claramente los detalles de la propiedad. Las imágenes deben estar libres de marcas de agua, logos, o cualquier otro elemento que pueda interferir con la presentación profesional de la propiedad.
    • Video Quality: Videos must have a resolution between 1280×720 pixels and 1920×1080 pixels, be well-stabilized, with good lighting and clear audio. Videos must provide a complete and accurate view of the property, allowing viewers to have a realistic and engaging experience.
    • Format: Images must be submitted in common formats such as JPG, JPEG, or WEBP. Videos must be submitted in MP4 or MOV formats. Vector Inmobiliario reserves the right to request file conversion or resubmission if the formats are not met.
    • Ownership of Content: The Client guarantees that all images and videos provided are their property or that they have the necessary rights and authorizations for commercial use. Vector Inmobiliario is not responsible for any copyright infringement resulting from the use of images or videos provided by the Client.
  • Assignment of Rights for Information, Content, Images, and Videos:
    • Assignment of Rights: By providing information, content, images, and videos to Vector Inmobiliario, the Client grants Vector Inmobiliario a non-exclusive, irrevocable, royalty-free, perpetual, and worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, display, and commercially exploit such content in any medium, including but not limited to digital magazines, brochures, podcasts, websites, and social media.
    • Promotional Use: Vector Inmobiliario may use the content, images, and videos provided by the Client for the promotion of its services, as well as to showcase examples of work performed, always in a professional context and respecting the integrity of the Client's brand.
    • Content Removal: If the Client wishes to remove any content, images, or videos from Vector Inmobiliario's platforms, they must submit a written request. Vector Inmobiliario will make reasonable efforts to comply with such requests but does not guarantee the complete removal of content that has already been distributed or shared.
  •       Intellectual Property: All content on the Site, including texts, images, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Vector Inmobiliario or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Reproduction, distribution, or modification of the content without the express consent of Vector Inmobiliario is prohibited.
